Temporary Schedule Modification Request

With the aim of ensuring more efficient and transparent management of the teaching process, a form for requests for temporary changes to the teaching schedule has been made available. This form is intended to enable the registration and justification of any temporary change, ensuring a centralized and well-documented record.

This form should be used for any change in relation to the schedule published on the faculty website and is mainly intended for field activities, absences due to health-related reasons, as well as necessary changes resulting from tests or other teaching-related arrangements.

Please note that travel abroad should not be registered through this form, as such cases are handled and recorded as institutional mobility. The justification for schedule changes in these cases is covered through the relevant mobility procedures.
